**JOB DESCRIPTION** Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis focused on uncovering new business intelligence for our stakeholders that will optimize their day to day operations.
- Use data to tell compelling stories that will resonate with stakeholders and help them to understand where opportunities exist.
- Manage customer expectations on timely and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with team members and foster a strong team atmosphere.
- Continually explore better tools to do your job and strengthen your skills.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Data Analysis Experience: Demonstrated experience conducting data analysis with ability to translate numbers into insights.
- Technical Knowledge: 5 years of hands on experience with tools such as Alteryx, SAS, SQL/PLSQL, VBA, Tableau.
- Process Automation Experience: Demonstrated experience with process automation using advanced Business Intelligence tools.
- Critical Thinker: Ability to objectively analyze issues and form decisions.
- Attention to Detail: An acute attention to detail is required.
- Intellectually Curious Self Starter: Must be able to operate in a self-directed manner with strong desire to deliver superior results with urgency.

The CCB Data & Analytics team responsibly leverages data across Chase to build competitive advantages for the businesses while providing value and protection for customers. The team encompasses a variety of disciplines from data governance and strategy to reporting, data science and machine learning. We have a strong partnership with Technology, which provides cutting edge data and analytics infrastructure. The team powers Chase with insights to create the best customer and business outcomes.
