**Key responsibilities**:

- Responsible to operate the coating activities machine wise as per SOPs.
- Responsible for cleaning of coating machine and accessories.
- Responsible for setting the coating machine with minimum non-recovery.
- Responsible for online In-process checks.
- Responsible for online weighing of material/products as per requirement.
- Responsible for changeover as per define SOPs procedure.
- Responsible to perform activity with safety and precaution.
- Responsible to achieve plan/output within instructed given time limit.
- Responsible to intimate the breakdown to supervisor/officer.
- Responsible to guide and instruct the casual workers.
- Responsible for handling the analytical balances and platform weighing balance.
- Responsible for cGMP compliances and followed the SOPs in coating department.
- Responsible for any abnormalities observed during process should be intimated to dedicated supervisor/officers.
- Responsible to inform the required Accessories in coating area like Silicon Tube/Process Gun/Spares as per stock availabilities.
- Responsible for performing any other work whenever assigned by reporting authority.
