Robotics Trainer

- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- _**Conduct Training Needs Assessments**_: Evaluate employees' current skills and identify knowledge gaps in robotics. Tailor training programs to meet the unique needs of individuals or teams, including newcomers or those new to the field._
- _**Hands-on Training**_: Provide practical, hands-on training using various robotics platforms (e.g., robotic arms, mobile robots, sensors, PLCs) to ensure employees can troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize these systems effectively._
- _**Stay Current with Robotics Trends**_: Continuously update your knowledge of the latest advancements in robotics, automation, AI, and machine learning. Incorporate these technologies and best practices into the training programs to maintain relevance in an evolving technological landscape._
- _**Collaboration with Business Units**_: Work closely with department heads and technical leaders to align training objectives with organizational goals, ensuring that the training directly supports the company’s success in robotics and automation._

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
