**Senior Sales Coordinator**:

- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Maintain and manage Corporate contacts and database
- Lead responsibility for the Corporate Channel Industry,
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Liaise closely with all corporates and stakeholders on behalf of the business to ensure all leads are taken up well
- Support sales team to follow up communication to corporates to ensure a positive outcome
- Participating in sales team meetings in-person & Video Conferencing.
- Arranging meeting daily, weekly, and monthly with internal & external Stakeholders.
- Organizing training seminars to enable clients to fully utilize product features and benefits.
- Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.

**SKILLS**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent Communication in English
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven experience working as a client servicing executive.
- Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good presentation and negotiation skills & Business Acumen

**Experience**:

- 02 and above in corporate sales from Travel/Banking/Hospitality industry.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or an industry-related field.
