Roles & responsibilities of **Student Mobilizer (Urgent Joining in Barasat Location)**

1. Mobilize students for career linked paid training courses

2. Engaging the students, their parents and the authorities for career planning

3. Guiding them with career opportunities through the free training

4. Should be constantly looking out for new areas and potential pockets for trainee mobilization in order to create funnel in advance against large demand for mass training.

5. Identify clusters for potential promotions of training program

6. Mobilize communities to create awareness of programs run by the TRUST

7. Liasoningwith institutions and Government department to adapt mobilization

8. Any other role that the TRUST may give from time to time.

**Location - Barasat**

Salary - As per Industry norms and experience

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
