Job Title - Sales Executive

Overview - Lead the business growth for Tamilnadu territory and groom self as well the organization. Provide the impetus to grow the business multi-fold and take the initiative to a strong sales team.

**Responsibilities-**

1. Generate new business - Identify new prospective customers and show value addition by conducting trials and establishing our value benefit. Convert this into a long-term business

2. Manage and groom existing customers and constantly look out for new opportunities

3. Ensure supplies on time and manage receivables

4. Manage trouble shooting in case required

5. Create roadmap for adding new customers every month thru territory mapping gathering information thru various sources

6. Buildup the Team

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications,**

Diploma / Btech / Bsc

**Experience**:
2 years sales experience with Industrial supplies distributors

**General**: People willing to travel extensively with own two wheeler & four Wheeler

**A segment to Work**:
1) Interior designer and Manufacturer.

2) Office and Home Furniture manufacturer.

3) Mattress.

5) UPVC profile warpping.

**Product to work**:
1) Adhesive -**Henkel Adhesives**

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
