**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our innovative architectural team at AZ Concepts. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing your expertise to create exceptional architectural solutions.

**Responsibilities -**
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
- Prepare and present design proposals, including drawings, renderings, and presentations.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
- Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
- Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a practicing Architect.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong conceptual and design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
- In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, construction methods, and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
