**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and informative lectures, workshops, and labs for Red Hat Certification courses.
- Develop and update course materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and hands-on labs.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure their progress.
- Stay current with Red Hat technologies and industry trends to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and up-to-date.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Offer mentoring and support to students preparing for Red Hat certification exams.
- Participate in curriculum development and program improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to enhance the overall student experience.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Current Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) or Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA) certification required.
- At least 3 years of experience working with Red Hat technologies and related open-source platforms.
- Prior teaching or training experience in Red Hat or related IT fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to students of varying levels.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and tools for remote or hybrid instruction, if required.
- Demonstrated ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
