- Finding Potential Customers: Your goal is to identify people who might be interested in what your company offers. You'll collect their contact details and any other information that can help your company market to them in the future.
- Making Sales: You'll try to convince interested customers to make a purchase. You might use persuasive techniques, answer their concerns, and negotiate prices or terms to close the deal. Meeting sales targets is an important part of your job.
- Keeping Records: It's important to keep track of your calls and the results. You'll write down information about your conversations, any sales you make, and customer details. This helps your company monitor progress and follow up with potential leads.
- Helping Customers: Sometimes, you may assist existing customers with their questions or problems. You'll provide them with information, address their concerns, and offer support or troubleshooting guidance.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
