**Urgent hiring for the post Project Coordinator for Mumbai (Lower Parel) - Location.**

**Experience Required**:3 years
**Qualification**:Bachelor's degree, or any related field.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Own and manage project timelines, scopes across multiple work streams.
- Allocate resources in collaboration with the resource management team.
- Uphold quality control standards to ensure milestone approvals and cross-department alignment.
- Lead daily report updates, issues tracking, and management of project escalations.
- Initiate new project tasks and manage team progress.
- Ensure all end products meet the highest quality standards.
- Make recommendations to improve project workflows and ensure best practices.

**Required Competencies**:

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-2 years of experience in Project Coordination within an integrated agency or a relevant environment.
- Strong project management skills, with proven experience in organizing, facilitating, and communicating across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
- Experience working with VP-level and senior management is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with high-level executives.
- Ability to resolve team-related issues and ensure that deliverables meet client expectations.
