**About us**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Facilitate efficient learning through interactive and collaborative sessions.

2. Act as a source of accurate and reliable information to students.

3. Developing curriculum and lesson plans that align with the institute's standards, with an emphasis on Business French language skills

4. Create a collaborative problem-solving environment where students become

active participants in their own learning.

5. Participating in institute events and activities, such as workshops, seminars, and cultural events

6. Work with students to provide detailed attention to individual learning.

7. Create open lines of communication between the students and management.

8. Keeping accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance

**Qualifications**:
1. Educational qualification: MA French or equivalent (DELF B1/B2). **C level and native speakers are also welcome to apply.**

2. Familiarity with CEFRL (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).

3. Passion for teaching and commitment towards education.

4. Flexibility to work as per the organization's requirements

5. Conducting French language classes, including specialized Business French courses

6. Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs
