- Ensure curriculum alignment with educational standards and school goals.

Teacher Support and Supervision:

- Provide guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to pre-primary teachers.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of pre-primary teaching staff.

Student Assessment and Progress Monitoring:

- Develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate student progress and developmental milestones.
- Analyze assessment data to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate interventions.
- Communicate student progress to parents through regular meetings and progress reports.

Parent Communication and Engagement:

- Foster positive relationships with parents through effective communication and involvement in school activities.
- Organize parent workshops and orientation sessions to educate parents about the pre-primary program and child development.
- Address parent concerns and collaborate on strategies to support children's learning and development.

Classroom Management and Environment:

- Ensure that classrooms are organized, safe, and conducive to learning.
- Establish and maintain routines and procedures that promote positive behavior and social skills.
- Supervise classroom activities and ensure that instructional time is used effectively.

Resource Management:

- Manage resources, including instructional materials, equipment, and facilities, to support the pre-primary program.
- Monitor and maintain an inventory of materials and equipment, ensuring that they are in good condition and available when needed.

Professional Development and Networking:

- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in early childhood education.
- Attend workshops, conferences, and professional development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with other educators and organizations to share ideas and resources.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
