**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assembly and Fitting**:

- Assemble and fit mechanical components and parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Ensure precise alignment, proper tolerances, and adherence to quality standards.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct quality checks at various stages of the assembly process to identify and rectify any defects.
- Collaborate with quality control personnel to maintain high-quality standards.
- **Tool and Equipment Usage**:

- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, machinery, and equipment to perform assembly tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to address any design or production challenges.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during the assembly process.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of assembly activities, including component specifications and quantities.
- Complete required documentation for quality control and traceability purposes.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide feedback on assembly procedures to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in mechanical assembly is a plus.
- Fresher/ Proven experience as an Assembly Fitter or in a similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using various hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy components.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
