**Job Title: Playgroup Teacher**

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development of playgroup children.
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages exploration, curiosity, and creativity.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to promote effective communication and collaboration.
- Observe and assess each child's developmental progress, maintaining records to share with parents during parent-teacher conferences.
- Provide a variety of learning materials and resources to enhance the learning experience of playgroup students.
- Encourage positive behavior and teach essential social skills through positive reinforcement and effective classroom management techniques.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to contribute to the overall success of the playgroup program.
- Attend professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in early childhood education.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Previous experience working with young children, especially in a playgroup setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to create a fun and stimulating learning environment.

**Schedule**:
This is a full-time position, Monday through Saturday, with occasional evening or weekend hours required for special events or parent meetings.

**Salary**: From ₹5,000.00 per month
