**Role and responsibilities**:
1.Scheduling the school’s curriculum.

2.Resolving conflict among teachers and students.

3.Evaluating and mentoring teachers
4.Record keeping duties
5.Communicating with parents

6.Conducting special assemblies

**Key skills**:
1.Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.

2.Capable of supporting the goals and mission of KIS through her/his personal philosophy.

3.Active team player and able to delegate and coordinate work.

4.Ability to anticipate school needs and develop both short-term and long-term academic goals.

**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow - 226010, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 10 years (preferred)
