**Plastic Moulding Machine Supervisor** is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the plastic injection moulding process to ensure efficient and high-quality production. This includes managing a team, monitoring equipment, maintaining schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Team Leadership**:Supervise and lead the injection moulding team, providing guidance and support.
- **Process Monitoring**:Monitor and control injection moulding processes to ensure high-quality output and adherence to specifications.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:Maintain and troubleshoot injection moulding equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- **Production Planning**:Develop and implement production schedules, working with planning departments to meet customer demands.
- **Raw Material and Inventory Management**:Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory to optimize resource utilization.
- **Training and Development**:Train and mentor new employees, ensuring they understand safety procedures and best practices.
- **Collaboration**:Collaborate with other departments (e.g., quality control, maintenance) to ensure smooth production flow.
- **Quality Assurance**:Ensure adherence to quality control standards and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- **Safety and Compliance**:Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with environmental and health guidelines.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹41,430.31 per month
