As a PPC Expert, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute PPC strategies aligned with our business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement PPC campaigns to drive quality traffic, leads, and conversions.

2. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords and optimize campaign performance.

3. Create compelling ad copy and design engaging ad creatives to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.

4. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

5. Identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new features/tools in PPC advertising.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and analytics, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns.

8. Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

9. Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize ad performance and drive continuous improvement.

10. Stay informed about changes in search engine algorithms, ad platforms, and advertising policies to ensure compliance and maximize campaign performance.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field.

2. Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably in a similar industry or environment.

3. In-depth knowledge of PPC advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising.

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.

5. Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools.

6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights and recommendations clearly and effectively.

7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

8. Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.

9. Google Ads certification or other relevant certifications (e.g., Bing Ads certification) is a plus.

10. Experience with bid management tools and/or other PPC management platforms is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
