**Job Summary**
- Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain data in databases and other systems.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by reviewing, correcting, or noting discrepancies.
- Compile, sort, and verify information from source documents to prepare for data entry.
- Maintain digital and paper files, ensuring they are organized, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Generate reports and extract information from data systems as requested.
- Follow company data entry protocols, policies, and security standards to ensure confidentiality and data integrity.
- Perform quality checks on data to identify and correct errors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency across departments.

Qualifications and Skills
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar administrative/clerical role.
- **Typing**: Excellent typing speed and accuracy are essential.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other data entry software. Familiarity with database systems or CRM platforms is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for errors.
- **Organizational Skills**: Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.
- **Communication**: Good written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
