Collaborate and work closely with business
- Business Heads/Zonal Managers to deliver business goals through training interventions.
- Measure results and provide timely feedback to learners.
- Manage attrition during training.
- Develop and maintain content for the various learning needs.
- Do OJT & Classroom Training.
- Maintaining the Reports of Refreshers / On Job Training and doing business Impact training.
- Identify training needs and preparation of training calendar.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
