Line Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Assembly Operations**:

- Operate and monitor machines on the assembly line.
- Assemble products or components as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure proper alignment and positioning of parts during assembly.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Conduct visual inspections of products for defects or deviations.
- Report quality issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere to company quality standards and procedures.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines.
- Identify and resolve minor equipment issues; escalate major problems to the maintenance team.
- Ensure proper machine calibration before production begins.
- **Production Efficiency**:

- Meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Minimize downtime and wastage during production.
- Report any process inefficiencies or delays to the supervisor.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
- Complete shift logs and submit reports as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
