**About the Company**:
Skin Plus Luxe is a premium skincare and aesthetic clinic based in New Friends Colony, Delhi. We offer advanced dermatological services including laser hair reduction, anti-aging solutions, skin rejuvenation treatments, and more — all delivered under expert medical supervision using world-class technology.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and presentable **Sales & Marketing Executive** who can represent our clinic with confidence and conviction. This is a customer-facing and lead-generating role, vital to our outreach and growth strategy.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Represent and promote Skin Plus Luxe in the community, nearby commercial areas, and at events
- Engage with prospective clients via **calls, WhatsApp, in-person visits**, and digital outreach
- Educate leads about the clinic’s services, USPs, offers, and treatment benefits
- Build tie-ups with nearby salons, gyms, residential complexes, and other local businesses
- Follow up with leads to drive footfall and convert interest into appointments
- Maintain proper records of daily interactions, leads, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the front desk and doctors for scheduling and promotional planning
- Participate in offline and online marketing campaigns
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, field marketing, or customer service
- Excellent verbal communication skills in **Hindi** (basic English preferred)
- Convincing tone and confident personality
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Must be proactive, energetic, and self-driven
- Presentable and punctual

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,237.56 - ₹35,679.70 per month
