**Secondary Skills** : Python, Airflow (Admin),

**Technical Skills**
- 5 - 8 years of experience as a database administrator specifically in Oracle
- Database Maintenance, Upgrade and Support
- Perform all Oracle DB admin activities
- Having good understanding on issues related to storage, resources etc.
- Good knowledge in Oracle Performance tuning
- Ability to provide suggestions for effective DB objects design
- Identifying the SQLs/jobs impacting the performance of the DB
- Identify long running jobs in production and take appropriate action
- Ability to analyze the reason for the queries getting queued and handle that appropriately or provide suggestions
- Ability to understand the load in DB and help the team in effectively utilizing the resources
- Person good in SGA and PGA (Shared global Area and Programable Global area).
- Handling tasks such as Create/Modify/Delete and manage user roles and Privileges
- Capacity capture - Predict the database size in the next 1 to 5 years
- Knowledge in Unix/Linux commands
- Knowledge in shell scripting

**Good to have experience in**
- Knowledge in Python
- Experience in Airflow installation and admin activities

**Additional Notes (if any)**:
Ability to work independently and make correct decisions

Taking ownership of the system and maintain that effectively

Helping the reporting team to accomplish the agreed upon SLAs (without getting impacted due to DB issues).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹308,716.37 - ₹1,366,324.58 per year
