Job Title: Senior Automation Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- **Automation Framework Design & Development**: Lead the design and implementation of scalable automation frameworks using **Java**, **Selenium WebDriver**, **TestNG**, **Maven**, and **Jenkins**.
- **Test Script Development**: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI, API, and backend systems, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- **API Testing**: Automate and perform testing of RESTful APIs using tools like **Postman**, **Rest Assured**, and **SoapUI**.
- **BDD Implementation**: Implement Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) practices using **Cucumber** and **Gherkin** for clear and understandable test scenarios.
- **Continuous Integration**: Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using **Jenkins** to enable continuous testing and delivery.
- **Mentorship & Leadership**: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- **Test Execution & Reporting**: Execute automated tests, analyze results, and generate detailed test reports for stakeholders.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely delivery.
- **Defect Tracking**: Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools such as **JIRA**.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 7+ years of experience in test automation using **Java** and **Selenium**.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Java** and **Selenium WebDriver**.
- Experience with test automation frameworks like **TestNG**, **JUnit**, and **Maven**.
- Familiarity with **BDD** frameworks such as **Cucumber** and **Gherkin**.
- Experience in API testing using **Postman**, **Rest Assured**, and **SoapUI**.
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably **Git**.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like **Jenkins**.
- Strong understanding of **SQL** for database testing.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide team members.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with **API Automation** using tools like **Rest Assured**.
- Familiarity with **Agile** methodologies and tools.
- Experience with **SQL** for database testing.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as **AWS**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹308,746.03 - ₹1,342,826.29 per year
