**Job Description -JUNIOR PRODUCTION CHEMIST**

**Job Title**: Junior Production Chemist (Production Assistant)

**Experience required**: 1 - 3 years
**Location**: Noida

**Salary package**: 15 - 16K per month (CTC)

**Key Skills**: Cosmetics manufacturing, Documentation, SOP, Packing material, packaging.

**Overview**: Experience required from cosmetic manufacturing, who have assisted in cosmetic preparations like **_Lotions, Ointments, creams, hair serums, shampoo, face serums, face wash, lip balm_**, etc.
- Responsible for Production machines (Processing, Filling and packing) cleanliness & 5S practices while shift operation.
- Handling manpower in filling, packing and processing sections.
- Responsible for Preventive, predictive and Break down maintenance of machines.
- Documentation of BMR, BPR & Respective Area. Should be familiar with Equipment and area sanitisation SOP.
- Responsibility of dispensing of raw material.
- Knowledge of doing quality check of the product at all of the stages.
- Understanding of SOPs developed by the company and following it accordingly
- Sampling, Analysing & Inspection of all Incoming Raw Materials.
- Process Wise inspection of material i.e. testing and finally analysis of finished product.
- Shall be responsible for preparing Inspection and testing reports.
- Responsible for following all instructions given by management on time to time.
- Data keeping for equipment such as maintenance, preventive maintenance, other activities.

**Job Requirements**:
1. B.Sc. (Chemistry) / B. Pharma (FDA approved)

2. Should have worked as a production or Lab Assistant for 1+ years

3. Previous work experience in cosmetics preparations is preferred.
