Manage end-to-end workflows of all BIM modeling projects, including:

- Project Scope - Defining all necessary deliverables and components required for BIM model delivery, estimating time and budget for modeling + QA/QC. This may require getting on calls with clients to discuss the project and our process.
- Choosing and managing modelers on a project to project basis. This may include answering questions or guiding them through the project
- QA/QC all BIM models to ensure they meet the necessary requirements and standards of the project
- Revit template upkeep and improvement
- Recruiting and managing BIM modeling contractors to continually support the BIM modeling efforts

R&D
- As designed vs As-built
- Floor flatness analysis
- BIM360 collaboration
- Overseas BIM partners
- New products and deliverable creation

MUST HAVE
- Should be proficient at Revit
- Must know how to turn Point cloud Scan to 3D BIM Models
- Should be able to export CAD drawings from 3D models
- Must be Available to work EST time standard.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
