**Job Title: OPT Recruiter**

Job Location: Uppal, Hyderabad

Educational Qualification: Any Degree

Minimum Experience: 2 years

No of vacancy - 2

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Proven experience of Talent Acquisition especially in OPT Recruiting for both IT and Non IT.
- Must be able to improve the student networking and help the students understand about the training and

placement program.
- Should have proper understanding of visa status like F1, CPT, OPT, H4 EAD, H1B and GC etc.
- Good understanding and ability to pool student contacts through USA Job Portals and social networking.
- Knowledge using any ATS-Applicant Tracking System. Well-Versed with USA Geography
- Understanding of Niche IT skills in market and must be able to educate students.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Preferably 1 year of Experience in non-technical talent acquisition
- Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills.
- Should have experience in IT/ Pharma / Medical science etc..

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Secunderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 10 key calculator: 2 years (preferred)
