Job Summary
This role involves making and receiving phone calls to engage prospective and existing customers—generating leads, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and helping to close sales. Telecallers are the voice of the company and essential for building trust
Key Responsibilities
- **Outbound calls** to introduce products/services and generate leads Expertia
- **Inbound calls**: respond to customer queries and provide accurate information Razorpay
- Build rapport, assess customer needs, and pitch appropriate solutions
- Log call outcomes, update CRM or databases, and track follow-ups
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, lead generation,
- Handle complaints, negotiate objections, and resolve issues
- Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to improve strategies and convert leads
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Prior experience in telecalling, call center, or customer service roles (1-2 years desirable)
- Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer tools (MS Office)
