**Responsibilities**:

- Develop compelling and unique content for websites, blogs, and other marketing materials related to Real Estate.
- Craft informative and engaging product descriptions, ensuring they are aligned with SEO guidelines.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords in the Real Estate niche.
- Integrate SEO best practices into content creation to enhance online visibility and rankings.
- Thoroughly research topics to ensure accuracy and credibility in content creation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to align content with overall marketing strategies.
- Review and edit content to ensure it meets quality standards, is error-free, and adheres to brand guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Content Writer, preferably with a focus on Real Estate.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience in crafting SEO-optimized content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic understanding of HTML.
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Type - Full Time/ Part Time**

**Job timings - EST time zone**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
