Hiring Field Executives - Real Estate (5 Vacancies)
Location: Ahmedabad | Company: Devyog Property
Job Role:
We are looking for energetic and ambitious individuals to join our team as Field Executives for Lead Generation in the real estate sector.
You will visit commercial areas, offices, and retail stores to meet potential clients, gather property requirements,
and generate high-quality leads for our premium real estate projects.
**Responsibilities**:
Daily cold visits to stores, businesses, and investors
Identify property buyers, lessees, and investors
Share project details and capture requirements
Coordinate with the core team for follow-ups
Submit daily lead reports

Good communication skills and positive attitude
Willingness to travel in Ahmedabad
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Students/Dropouts looking for field experience can apply
Compensation:
No fixed salary for first 3 months
Performance-based incentives
Petrol allowance provided
Opportunity to earn ₹ Upto 50,000 a month based on performance
Work Timing:
10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Flexible Field Work)
6 Days a Week (Sunday Optional if site visit required)
