You will be hands-on in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining the organization’s network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity and security. You will work with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to maintain a robust and efficient network environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure, manage and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance and ensure network security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement and manage security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
- Ensure optimal network performance by analyzing and optimizing network traffic.
- Maintain hardware installations and perform periodic maintenance.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and incident reports.
- Work closely with IT teams to support business operations and IT security compliance.
- Stay updated with the latest networking trends, tools, and best practices.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Qualification: Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering or IT.
- CCNA certification is mandatory.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in configuring and managing network devices.
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting network issues and ensuring network security.
- Hands-on experience with network hardware installation, maintenance, and optimization.
- Proficiency in documenting network configurations and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
