Age Bracket: 25 to 40 year Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any Stream, Marketing, Business, or related field.

Experience : 2 years & above

**Company Introduction**:
Preheal is digital health start-up. Preheal Innovations Private Limited is an organization which primarily focuses on preventive healthcare services and related products & technology. We also work in wellness and beauty domain since they have a direct and indirect affect on the health of an individual. Our current start-up initiative is **Preheal-India Ka Total Health** which is based on the principle of continuum of care and also addresses non-health issues during the whole process. It will address a major problem of the quality and hassle less healthcare and make healthcare process an comfortable phase rather than stressed and tense.

We strive to bring healthcare to the reach of everybody with complete services from onset of the disease till the recovery of the patient i.e. full healthcare during the life cycle of the patient.

Our Start-up is certified by India Start-up and recognized by Ministry of Industries
- Bihar Start-up. We were part of Drishti Cohort of IIM, Kashipur and currently incubated at Chandragupta Institute of Management, Patna.

**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Drive sales of health cards and the company’s full range of products and services through effective strategies and execution.

2. Conduct field sales and visit corporate and Public Sector Undertaking (PSUs) clients as part of the B2B and B2C sales process.

3. Conduct Health Education and Check-up Camps (HECC) at strategic location in urban and rural areas to mobilize the patient.

4. Engage in cold calling and meet/mobilize clients/patients to understand their needs and close deals.

5. Facilitate patient OPD consultation and Surgery at Preheal empanelled hospitals and Clinics.

6. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

7. Participate in various events/fair to generate business for the company.

8. Manage end-to-end sales operations, including planning and executing sales campaigns to boost brand visibility and revenue.

9. Take full ownership of revenue generation, ensuring targets assigned by the reporting manager are consistently met.

10. Support in on boarding of hospital or other healthcare providers as and when required in/out of the state.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. A graduate with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales.

2. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and ready to embrace new challenges.

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. The person should have sound knowledge of health sector and familiar with hospital and health service providers in the state of Bihar.

5. Commitment to achieving goals and delivering results in a dynamic and competitive environment.

6. Previous experience in health and wellness startup and strong relationship with hospitals, doctors, corporate, PSUs will be preferred.

This role demands a proactive approach, passion for sales, and the ability to adapt to changing market needs while delivering exceptional outcomes.

**Preferred**:
Knowledge of Ms Office and Google sheet

Experience in the healthcare industry.
