**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing design concepts and mood boards for residential projects.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max.
- Prepare presentation visuals and design documents in Photoshop.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors to select materials, finishes, and furnishings.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure designs are being implemented correctly.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-2 years of experience in interior design (residential experience preferred).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Photoshop.
- Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with project management tools or software.
- Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices.
