**Job Brief**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to fulfill business plans, meet quotas, and achieve company objectives.
- Researching and analyzing market trends, identifying potential customers, and developing sales plans to maximize revenue.
- Identify and target potential retail shops and businesses for the sale of the company's product.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and quotations to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the garment industry.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed university.
- 2-3+ years of experience is required.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ebullient, a team player, self-motivated, and incredibly passionate.
- Possesses relationship-building skills as well as fantastic decision-making abilities.
