Job Title: Communications Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to conceptualize and create visual designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, infographics, presentations, social media assets, and website graphics.
- Develop visually captivating designs that effectively communicate the brand message, values, and offerings to the target audience.
- Utilize industry-standard design software and tools to create high-quality designs and layouts.
- Maintain and evolve the brand guidelines, ensuring consistency in visual identity across all communication channels.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Keep up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in visual communication, and integrate them into design projects.
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies, ensuring quality and timely delivery of design projects, as needed.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. [not mandatory]
- Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design and visual storytelling across various mediums.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts.
- Experience in creating designs for both print and digital platforms is preferred.
