**About Bitsport**:
Bitsport is a vibrant startup dedicated to transforming the sports industry through innovative technology and creative solutions. We manage a diverse range of projects, including athlete management, mobile app development, and our e-commerce platform, InstaSport. We’re looking for a talented individual to elevate our visual content and help us stand out in the crowded marketplace.

**Role Overview**:
We need a versatile Graphic Designer who excels in creating stunning visuals and dynamic video content. Your role will involve designing eye-catching graphics and producing engaging videos that promote InstaSport and other Bitsport initiatives. You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure our content is both compelling and aligned with our brand voice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design product grid images, website banners, social media posts, and reels for InstaSport.
- Create and edit videos for social media, promotional campaigns, and event coverage.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that enhances our brand presence.
- Design marketing materials such as posters, brochures, and ads.
- Maintain consistency in branding across all video and graphic content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing skills.
- Ability to tell a story visually through video.
- Capacity to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

**Bonus Skills**:

- Experience with animation or motion graphics.
- Prior experience in the sports or e-commerce sector.
