**Job Title: Logistics HOD**
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Logistics Operations Management: Plan, organize, and manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
2. Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and optimize supply chain operations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
3. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with logistics vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and contracts.
4. Inventory Control: Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure accurate inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and reduce inventory costs.
5. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with logistics regulations, laws, and company policies, and identify and mitigate potential risks in logistics operations.
