**Primary Responsibilities**
- Prepare and operate CNC machines Vertical & Horizontal lathe Machine to perform tasks such as Turning, threading drilling, grinding, milling etc.
- Understand specifications of the task at hand and Inspect and Adjust working for desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc.
- Record all measured dimension in inspection report.
- Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
- Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications.
- Inspect parts during manufacturing and maintain consistent quality.
- Check the machines while they execute the tasks and make any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
- Inspect and measure finished products and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly in compliance with quality requirements.
- Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality.
- Make Fixtures and clamps when required.
- Write CNC Programme for VTL & Horizontal Lathe Machine
- Perform secondary ops (tap, deburr, etc.) Only jobs being on machines.
- Select appropriate tools for Machining jobs.
- Ensure 5S Implementation through Machine shop.
- Record and maintain Shift Log sheet.
- Ensure Measuring instruments calibration record in VTL/Horizontal machine.
- Prepare CNC programme in Macro format and canned cycles.

**Education & Experience Qualifications**
- ITI/NCTVT with 5 years / DME with 2 years’ experience.
- Work experience in CNC Turning operating and programming
- Must be proficient with Fanuc and siemens CNC programming
- Strong knowledge of all measuring instruments and GD&T
- Must be able to communicate in English.
- Knowledge of Tooling preferred.
