Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation:

- Assist in developing engaging and on-brand content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
- Create eye-catching visuals, captions, and stories that resonate with our audience.
- Research trends, hashtags, and relevant topics to incorporate into social media content.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule.
- Influencer Management:

- Assist in identifying potential influencers for brand partnerships and campaigns.
- Help coordinate influencer campaigns, including contract agreements, content guidelines, and timelines.
- Monitor influencer content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
- Track influencer performance and engagement, reporting on key metrics.
- Social Media Monitoring & Reporting:

- Track engagement and performance of social media posts and influencer campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and report on insights to inform future content strategies.
- Assist with responding to direct messages, comments, and interactions across social platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team:

- Work with the team to brainstorm creative ideas for influencer collaborations and social media campaigns.
- Support in the development of marketing materials, promotional content, and campaign assets.
- Participate in meetings and contribute ideas for upcoming social media and influencer strategies.

Qualifications:

- Strong interest in social media, content creation, and influencer marketing.
- Basic experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) or a willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and trends.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a creative mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience in social media content creation or influencer marketing (internship or freelance).
- Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social).
- Basic photography/videography skills are a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week
