We are looking for a passionate and skilled **Art and Craft Teacher** who can inspire young minds, bring creativity to the forefront, and contribute to the aesthetic enhancement of our school.

**Job Responsibilities: Teaching & Student Engagement**
- Plan and conduct engaging **art and craft lessons** for students from Nursery to Grade 8.
- Introduce students to **various art forms**, including painting, sketching, sculpture, origami, clay modeling, paper crafts, and mixed media.
- Encourage **creative expression** and innovation among students.
- Organize **workshops, competitions, and exhibitions** to showcase students’ artistic talents.

**School Decoration & Aesthetic Enhancement**
- Conceptualize and execute **murals, wall paintings, and art installations** to enhance the school's visual appeal.
- Design **thematic decorations** for school events, festivals, and special occasions.
- Create **visual storytelling through art** that aligns with the school’s values and culture.
- Work on **interactive and educational art pieces** around the campus to make learning spaces more engaging.

**Collaboration & Administration**
- Work closely with the **school management and event coordinators** to plan art-based projects.
- Maintain an **inventory of art supplies** and ensure proper usage.
- Guide and supervise the **art assistant/helper** provided by the school.
- Develop a **structured curriculum** for progressive artistic skill development.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Fine Arts/Visual Arts/Applied Arts** or a related field.
- **Minimum 3 years of teaching experience** in fine arts, preferably in a school setting.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in **spoken English**.
- Proficiency in **various art techniques and media**.
- Passion for **working with children** and fostering artistic talent.
- Ability to create **large-scale artistic installations** and decorations.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively with the school team.
