**Position**: Digital Marketing Trainer

**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive digital marketing training sessions for individuals or groups.
- Develop and present customized training modules based on the audience’s needs and proficiency levels (beginners, intermediate, advanced).
- **Course Development & Content Creation**:

- Design and develop comprehensive training programs, materials, presentations, and e-learning resources.
- Continuously update training materials to stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to help learners improve their digital marketing skills.
- **Workshops & Practical Training**:

- Encourage students to work on live projects and campaigns to gain practical experience.
- **Tracking & Reporting**:

- Monitor and track the progress of trainees, ensuring the training objectives are being met.
- Prepare and share progress reports with management or stakeholders.
- **Continuous Learning & Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and techniques to enhance training content.
- Attend webinars, conferences, and other professional development opportunities to stay at the forefront of the industry.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in a training or teaching role is highly desirable.
- **Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Marketing, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- **Certification**:

- Relevant certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, Facebook Blueprint, etc., are a plus.
- **Educational Background**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:
