Plan and lead yoga classes for students of varying skill levels, backgrounds, and ages.
Provide clear and concise instructions on yoga poses (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and relaxation methods. Ensure proper alignment and posture to prevent injuries and maximize the benefits of each pose.
Offer modifications and adjustments to accommodate students' individual needs, injuries, or physical limitations. Adapt classes to cater to specific populations such as seniors, pregnant women, athletes, or individuals with disabilities

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
