**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and filing **Trademark Applications** with the Trademark Registry.
- Conduct **Trademark Availability Searches** and prepare **Search Reports**.
- Learn to analyze and draft responses to **Examination Reports**.
- Assist in **Opposition Proceedings** including **drafting Notices of Opposition** and **Counter Statements**.
- Support the team in **drafting legal notices**, affidavits, replies, and other IP-related documentation.
- Maintain and update trademark databases and client records.
- Coordinate with clients regarding document collection, status updates, and follow-ups.
- Support senior attorneys with research and case preparation.

**Training Provided In**:

- Trademark filing procedures
- Drafting and analyzing examination report replies
- Drafting opposition and counter statements
- Trademark searches and availability reports
- General IP drafting work and client correspondence
- Strong interest in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), especially Trademark Law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of MS Office and legal documentation tools.
