- Have the best knowledge of competition and planning a strategy according to it.
- Collaborate with the management team to properly run all the campaigns.
**CRM Job Requirements**

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related field.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
