- We are looking for suitable Graduates experienced with good communication skills to support the Hubbell India customer service Team’s routine and adhoc activities, and projects predominantly but not limited to any specific task. This requirement is for sales order creation, expediting orders, order changes, resolutions & other customer service activities**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Some of the key responsibilities are: (but not limited to)- Support routine activities based on Service Level Agreement
- Support order entry, order changes and other requirements of customers
- Work as order management associate for customer service flexible to support during night shift
- Contribute as a team member to ensure the Hubbell India team meets all its KPIs
- Ensure daily volumes are completed with high quality standard and TAT
- Ensure all quote requests from customers are acknowledged for the day

**Skills and Experience**:

- SAP- MS Office- Salesforce- Excellent communication- Experienced in Order management, Accounts receivables- Analytical skills**Education**:
