Dialysis Technologist

Key Responsibilities:

- **Patient Care**:Providing direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medication (as directed), and responding to patient needs and emergencies.
- **Equipment Operation**:Setting up, operating, and maintaining dialysis machines, ensuring proper function and safety.
- **Dialysate Preparation**:Mixing and preparing dialysate solutions according to established formulas.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:Ensuring equipment is clean, sterilized, and in good working order, and conducting regular maintenance checks.
- **Patient Education**:Educating patients and their families on dialysis procedures, aftercare, and lifestyle modifications.
- **Documentation**:Accurately recording patient information, treatment details, and any observed changes in condition.
- **Coordination**:Collaborating with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
