We **MVS ACMEI Technologies Pvt Ltd**, is a leading key role player in Steel & Metals packaging across in India and globally. Our strengths include world class automation and integration through smart packaging equipment and services.

We build Automatic & Semi-Automatic End to End packaging equipment, consumables and offer customized packaging contract services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining of Company Accounts, invoice entries and generating invoices, sales documents.
- Complete accounting of Receivables and payables
- Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
- Maintaining all documents in office records as per standards.
- Generation of various accounting reports as required by the company.
- Balance sheet generation and internal audit.
- Raising purchase order for ordering goods & services.
- Preparation of outstanding statement like AR/AP.
- Processing Debit note ,Credit note if any returns.
- Should able to do General Entries on TALLY

**Required Skills**:

- should be experienced in maintaining accounts related to a company.
- Should be experienced in procurement of materials.
- Needs to have good command on MS EXCEL.

**Should have experience and knowledge of using latest version of TALLY software.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Tally: 1 year (preferred)
