**Responsibilities**:
1. Proficiency in UI-UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe XD & Photoshop.

2. Ability to create customized and user-friendly UI solutions based on the requirements.

3. Work with different personas and craft designs accordingly.

4. Should be able to analyze and understand new domains quickly, become the 'timely expert'.

5. Stay up to date on the latest design trends, and share new insights with the team.

6. Work closely with web developers to ensure the designs are feasible, scalable, and align with the business goals.

7. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.

8. Should have hands-on graphic designing.

9. Must be able to design social media posts.

**What we are looking for**:
1. Minimum 1 Year of Experience. (Freshers can be considered as well if their portfolio is strong)

2. Strong portfolio that showcases your experience creating compelling new UI designs and visual product experiences.

4. Bachelor's degree.

5. Proficiency in Figma (Sketch, Adobe XD & Photoshop is PLUS).

6. Experience designing for website or other interactive digital platforms.

7. Passion to learn new skills and tackling difficult tasks

8. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Salary**: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
