**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons for classes XI and XII as per CBSE curriculum.
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans, teaching strategies, and laboratory activities.
- Prepare students for board examinations by providing guidance, practice, and performance tracking.
- Encourage scientific curiosity and critical thinking among students.
- Design and conduct laboratory experiments, ensuring safety and proper usage of lab equipment.
- Assess student work regularly and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of student performance, attendance, and progress.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate interdisciplinary approaches.
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.
- Communicate with parents regarding student progress and academic concerns.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Master’s Degree in Chemistry from a recognized university with B.Ed.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching Chemistry at PGT level (CBSE curriculum preferred).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to use digital tools and technology in teaching (smart classes, online assessments, etc.).
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Innovative and student-centered teaching approach.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Willingness to contribute to co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
- Familiarity with NEP 2020 and latest CBSE guidelines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,672.72 - ₹15,000.00 per month
