**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit videos for social media, YouTube, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with content, marketing, and design teams to create engaging visual content.
- Set up lighting, audio, and camera for shoots (both indoor & outdoor).
- Edit raw footage into polished videos (shorts, reels, interviews, explainer videos, etc.)
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, music, and sound effects.
- Organize and maintain media files, backups, and project archives.
- Stay updated on video trends, editing styles, and platform-specific content formats.
- Manage basic color correction and sound design.
- Deliver content under tight deadlines without compromising quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in videography and editing (portfolio or showreel required).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic knowledge of After Effects (for motion graphics) is a plus.
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and timing.
- Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Understanding of content formats across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience with animation, thumbnails, or graphic design.
- Knowledge of trending formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
- Photography skills.
