As a Graphic Designer at BharatAgri, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and communicating our message effectively through visually appealing designs. We are looking for a creative individual with expertise in graphics and digital media, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for driving user engagement through compelling visuals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Study design briefs and determine requirements for various online media channels
- Use appropriate colors and layouts to create visually appealing graphics
- Test graphics across various digital mediums to ensure quality and consistency
- Conceptualize visuals based on project requirements and brand guidelines
- Work on innovative marketing concepts for different digital media platforms
- Collaborate with copywriters and the design leads to produce final designs
- Ensure all graphics and layouts adhere to brand guidelines and are visually appealing

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year experience working in media or agency environment or a fast paced growing company.

**Requirements**:

- Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of illustrations or other form of graphics.
- Excellent communication & articulation skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Corel, Figma, Photoshop, and other related tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to our target audience.
- Develop and design visual content for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website graphics, advertisements, and more.
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field is a plus not mandatory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
